Why Do We Work This Way?

North Chicago Life Insurance has fifteen years in business behind it, and the pattern has held the whole time: people buy a policy, file it away and never learn what the riders cost, when the conversion option ends or whether the premium will change. We built the agency to fix that, one policy at a time.
